Liam Ryan
Forestry Technician
Liam Ryan is a Forest Technician. He received his education from the Maritime College of Forest Technology. At the Pictou County Forest School Liam has developed trails and shared his knowledge of forest ecosystems. Liam is a canoe and climbing tower instructor who developed and led the Outdoor Adventure program at Scotian Glen Camp in Thorburn. He has always been curious about forest plants, enjoys camping and learning survival skills.
Steve Wiseman
Secretary
Steve received his education from NSCAD University in Halifax, NS. He brings a diverse set of skills to the secretary role. His experience is primarily in graphic design & marketing, project management, payroll processing and bookkeeping. Many of Steve’s hobbies and passions center around forestry and wood products — from carpentry, chainsaw milling, maple sugaring, log mushroom cultivation, and managing a small 18-acre mixed forest/pasture land in Lunenburg County.
